Payment Methods and Card on File
Deposits and final balances are payable by credit card through the Jobber approval and invoice links. Checks are accepted by prior written arrangement only. Quoted totals include card processing; alternate payment methods may require a revised quote.
Authorization to store and charge your cardBy approving this estimate and paying the deposit, you expressly authorize Patty's Pressure Washing to (a) store the payment method used for your deposit as a card on file, and (b) charge that card for the remaining balance shown on this estimate upon completion of the work, without further notice or separate authorization.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- The amount charged will be the balance stated on this approved estimate, plus only those additions you approved in writing under clause 3.
- The charge occurs on the day the work is completed. This is a single charge per job. It is not a recurring, standing, or open-ended authorization.
- You will receive an invoice and a payment receipt by email on the day the card is charged.
- You are the authorized cardholder, or you have the cardholder's permission to use this card for this transaction.
- You have reviewed the scope and price stated on this estimate and agree they are correct before the work begins.
Revoking or changingYou may remove your saved payment method at any time through your client portal, or arrange a different payment method by notifying us in writing before your scheduled service date. If you remove the card, the balance remains due on completion under clause 5 and the late-payment terms in clause 7 apply.
Raise concerns with us firstIf you have a concern about the work or the amount charged, you agree to contact Patty's Pressure Washing first and use the process in clause 8 (invoice disputes, 7 days) and clause 25 (concerns about the work, 7 days) before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer. We will respond, and where the concern is something we can correct, we will re-service the affected area at no charge. Your approval of this estimate, this authorization, and the record of completed work together evidence your authorization for the charge.
