The High Falls, the Mills and the Canopy
Chagrin Falls grew up around the High Falls of the Chagrin River, and mills along the banks turned out flour, wool and lumber between 1837 and 1870. Two residential neighborhoods and the commercial triangle downtown carry National Register listings. Bluestone patios and stone walks sit under 55 percent tree canopy, against a county average of 34.7 percent, and shade that deep keeps them damp.

When should I book a house wash or roof wash in Chagrin Falls?
