Preserving Papa's Legacy with Excellence

Hello everyone!

I'm Patrick Gallagher, President of Patty's Pressure Washing.

Patty's sprang to life shortly after I lost my cherished grandfather, who we all called Papa, the legend. His home in Waite Hill, Ohio, is a treasure trove of beautiful memories from my childhood. The summers we shared were full of lessons and laughter, whether we were mowing the lawn, sprucing up the house, building birdhouses in his bustling workshop, or casting lines into his serene lake.

The joy and passion that Papa instilled in me drive every aspect of my work today. At Patty's Pressure Washing, we treat your property with the same heartfelt care he showed to his own.

My mission is to meet and surpass your expectations with every service we provide - this is what we refer to as 'Patty's Way.'

Thank you for considering Patty's for your professional pressure washing needs - we look forward to working with you.

What 'Patty's Way' Means for Your Property

Patty's Way is simple: we clean your home or business the way Papa kept his own place - carefully, thoroughly, and with respect for the surfaces we work on. That is why we soft wash roofs, siding, sandstone and brick and stone with low pressure, and save the high pressure for driveways, concrete and pool decks that can take it.

We are insured, and we serve both residential and commercial properties in Chagrin Falls and the neighboring communities. If you would like to talk it over first, call (440) 991-7343 or email Sales@PattysPressureWashing.com.

How we treat your property

  • Every bed is thoroughly watered before and after the job and never tarped, because tarps suffocate foliage.
  • Exterior outlets are taped off, doorbells and cameras covered, and every covering comes down before we leave.
  • Most properties are quoted the same day from property imagery, and the work needs only exterior water access.
  • Insured - certificate of insurance on request

  • Soft wash, not high pressure

Siding, roofs, stone, and brick are cleaned with low pressure and professional-grade solutions that kill mold, algae, and lichen at the root. The contamination is gone and the surface stays intact.

  • Protection, not just curb appeal

Organic growth shortens the life of shingles, siding, and masonry. Routine cleaning is maintenance that protects the investment. The shine comes with it.

  • Your property, handled with care

Landscaping is watered before and after every job and never tarped. Exterior outlets are taped off, doorbells and cameras covered, and every covering comes down before we leave.

  • Local and insured

Headquartered in Chagrin Falls and serving homes and commercial properties across Northeast Ohio. Insured and BBB accredited.

What our customers say

  • Alissa D. - Chagrin Falls

Patty's Pressure Washing did a great job on my home. The driveway and house look so clean - I honestly didn't realize how dirty everything had gotten until I saw the difference. He was professional, thorough, and easy to work with. A nice personal touch was that he even gave my little dog Zoey a treat, which I really appreciated.
