Who we are
Patty's Pressure Washing is a DBA (trade name) of Dymaxion Consulting Group LLC. In this policy, Patty's Pressure Washing ("we", "us", "our") means that company: a residential and commercial pressure washing business based in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, owned and run by Patrick Gallagher. This policy covers the website at www.pattyspressurewashing.com, the estimate request form and text sign-up page on it, and the ways we talk with you: phone calls, voicemail, text messages (SMS) and email.
We serve customers in Northeast Ohio, and the website is meant for people in the United States. If you use it from somewhere else, your information is handled and stored in the United States.
By using the website, calling or texting us, or sending us a request, you accept this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the website or send us your information.
Information we collect
What you give us. When you request an estimate, sign up for our offers texts, book a job, call or text us, email us, or answer a survey or review request, we receive what you choose to share, for example:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- the address of the property you want cleaned;
- details about the work: what needs washing, the size of the job, water source, timing and preferred appointment window;
- whether you are military or a veteran, a first responder or a nurse, if you choose to tell us, so we can take 5% off your wash or cleaning;
- photos or files you attach;
- the content of your voicemails, texts, emails and form messages;
- feedback about a completed job, including survey answers, ratings and comments.
You do not have to give us any of this to read the website. Without a phone number or email, though, we cannot answer you or quote a job.
What is collected automatically. Like most websites, our web server keeps standard access logs: your IP address, the general area it maps to, your browser and device type, the pages you open, when you opened them, and the site that sent you here. We use these logs to keep the site running, measure which pages are useful and spot abuse. The logs stay on our own server and are not sold or shared for advertising.
Cookies and similar technology. The website runs Google's tag for Google Analytics and for Google Ads conversion measurement. That tag may set cookies to measure how visitors use the site and whether an estimate request or a tap on our phone number came from one of our ads; Google's own privacy policy applies to what its tag collects, and you can block those cookies in your browser (see "Cookies and your choices" below). The site itself also remembers in your browser, for up to 30 days, which of our links, printed codes or ads you arrived from, so an estimate request you send can be credited to it; that note holds no personal details, and clearing this site's data in your browser removes it. When you send us a request through this website, we may share the contact details you entered with Google in a hashed (scrambled) form that does not reveal the original values, only so Google can measure whether our advertising led to your request (Google Ads enhanced conversions). Separately, if you have asked us for an estimate or hired us, we may upload the email address, name and ZIP code you gave us to Google Ads in that same hashed form so that our own ads can be shown to, or held back from, people who already know us (Google Customer Match). Google uses that list only to match it against its own signed-in users for our ads; it does not get a readable copy, cannot use the list for anyone else's advertising, and deletes it when we remove it. We never include phone numbers in that list. Email us at the address below and we will take you off it. Our estimate request form is our own and runs on our own server. Two other parts of the site are provided by other companies and may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies:
- the Client Portal is provided by Jobber (Jobber Software Inc.);
- the fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the font files load.
How we use your information
We use what we collect to:
- answer your call, text, email or form request;
- prepare and send estimates and written quotes;
- schedule, confirm, remind you about and carry out the work you booked;
- send invoices and keep records of completed jobs;
- follow up after a job to check the work and, if you like, ask you to leave a review;
- send seasonal offers and service reminders by text, up to 4 a month, only if you tick our offers box on the estimate request form or the text sign-up page;
- show photos of completed jobs, with the street name, town and date, on our website, our recent projects gallery and our social media pages (our Terms of Service explain how to opt out);
- keep the website working, safe and useful;
- protect against fraud or misuse of the site or our phone line;
- meet legal obligations, such as tax and insurance records.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similar effects.
Text messages (SMS)
We run a small text-message program tied to our published business number, (440) 991-7343. It exists so that a missed call still gets an answer, so that we can text you about your estimate and appointment when you ask us to, and so that people who sign up get our seasonal offers and service reminders. The texts themselves come from our business texting numbers (offers texts come from (440) 600-3727) and always identify Patty's Pressure Washing. The program described below is the one registered with our messaging carrier.
Follow-up after a job. After a project is finished we may contact you by phone or email to ask how the work went and to invite you to leave a public review on Google or another review site. Taking part is voluntary, and declining never affects the service you receive from us.
Sharing your information
We share personal information only with the companies that help us run the business, and only so they can do that job for us:
- Jobber, which holds our customer records, quotes, scheduling and invoicing;
- Twilio, which delivers our voicemail, transcripts and text messages;
- Google Workspace, which provides our Sales@PattysPressureWashing.com email;
- our web hosting provider (DigitalOcean), which runs the server this website lives on;
- Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), whose tag measures site traffic and whether an estimate request or a tap on our phone number came from one of our ads, and which receives a hashed list of our customers' and estimate requesters' email addresses, names and ZIP codes so our ads can be shown to, or held back from, people who already know us (see "Cookies" above).
These providers may use your information only to provide their service to us. We do not let them use it for their own marketing.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to respond to a valid legal request, to protect our customers, our crew or our property, or to investigate fraud or a safety problem. If the business is ever sold or reorganized, customer records may be transferred to the new owner under the same protections.
We do not sell personal information. Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are never shared for marketing, as stated in the text messaging section above.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work without them because it does not depend on cookies. That includes the cookies set by the Google Analytics and Google Ads tag on this site; blocking cookies limits what that tag can measure.
Some browsers send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Where the law requires it, we treat that signal as a request to opt out of any targeted advertising or "sharing" of your data. Because there is no agreed standard for "Do Not Track" signals, the website does not respond to them; use the cookie controls in your browser instead.
Data security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information: the website is served over HTTPS, customer records live in password-protected business accounts, and only Patrick and the people who need it to do the job can see them. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Email and text messages are not encrypted end to end, so please do not send sensitive information such as payment card numbers by text or email. If you think your interaction with us is no longer secure, contact us right away.
Links to other websites
This website links to other sites: our Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, the Better Business Bureau, and Jobber. Our recent projects gallery is served from our own server. We do not control the content or privacy practices of other companies' sites, so please read their policies when you visit them.
Children's privacy
The website and our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention
We keep customer records for as long as we need them to do the work, keep proper business and tax records, resolve any dispute and meet legal requirements. Voicemail recordings and transcripts are kept only as long as we need them to return your call and keep a record of the request. Website access logs are rotated on a regular schedule. Text-message opt-out records are kept for as long as needed to honor the opt-out. Records of each text sign-up (the date, time, page and wording you agreed to) are kept for as long as we may need them to show that you asked for the texts. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the website or our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- confirm whether we hold personal information about you and get a copy of it;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information or track you across other companies' sites; the only audience list we keep is our own customer list at Google, and we remove you from it on request);
- appeal a decision we make about a privacy request.
To exercise any of these rights, email Sales@PattysPressureWashing.com or call (440) 991-7343. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. Where the law allows, an authorized agent may make a request for you. If we turn down a request, you can appeal by contacting us again and telling us you are appealing.
To stop text messages, simply reply STOP to any text from us. To stop emails, reply and ask us to remove you, or use the unsubscribe link if one is included.
