Isn't the front entry included in a house wash?
No. A house wash cleans the siding, soffits, fascia and gutters. The steps, landing, porch floor and the walk are horizontal masonry that holds algae differently and needs its own method, so they are quoted as their own service rather than assumed into the house wash.
Will pressure damage sandstone or old brick?
It can, which is why the pressure is chosen per surface. Poured concrete takes a surface cleaner; sandstone treads, brick risers and flagstone take a low-pressure wash and a soft-wash solution that lifts algae out of the pores instead of blasting the face off the stone. Sandstone and brick and stone have pages of their own.
Can you do the entry and the driveway on the same visit?
