How do you handle my landscaping?

Every bed is thoroughly watered before and after the job and never tarped, because tarps suffocate foliage. Exterior outlets are taped off, doorbells and cameras covered, and every covering comes down before we leave - that standard is Patty's Way.

Do I need to be home for a house wash?

No. Most properties are quoted the same day from property imagery, and the work needs only exterior water access. If a property has no imagery available, we do a brief walk-around for measurements and follow up by text, anywhere across the communities we serve. Send the property address and that is enough to start.

Are you insured?

Yes. Patty's Pressure Washing carries general liability insurance and is BBB accredited, and a certificate of insurance is available on request - the same cover applies on commercial and managed properties.

How is a house wash quoted?

By the elevations we have to reach and what is on each one - siding, soffits, fascia, gutters. A detached garage with its own siding is an extra elevation, not a surprise on the day. Most are quoted the same day from property imagery; where imagery is not usable we do a brief walk-around and follow up by text.
